All seats in our venues are unreserved (seats don’t have numbers). Our front of house staff will guide you into the venue and direct you where to sit to ensure everyone is seated safely. 
Accessible Seating Requests
Most of our venues are wheelchair accessible. If you have any queries about access requirements, please contact the box office by emailing boxoffice@ilfdublin.com. Due to limited audience spaces, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met. Please also be aware that we are unable to reserve seats for others in your group as we need to ensure the most accessible seats are available for those who need them most.
Personal Assistant / Carer Tickets
If you require a PA or carer to attend our events in-person, your PA or carer is entitled to a free ticket. To avail of a free PA or carer ticket, please email boxoffice@ilfdublin.com with details of the event(s) you would like to book and one of our box office staff will be in touch.
Dogs at the Festival
Merrion Square Park is a dog-friendly green space; dogs are welcome onsite. Entrance to festival venues is at the discretion of festival staff.

TBG+S Access Information:
Our building has two entrances. These entrances are on a narrow path a step up from a cobblestone road:
Entrance to the gallery: located on Temple Bar Street, opposite the corner of Temple Bar Square.
Entrance to the studios and Atrium Space: located on Fownes Street Lower. This entrance is used by studio artists and by the public when attending events outside of the gallery opening hours.
There is a disabled car parking space located 180 metres from the gallery. See map here.
The inside of the building is wheelchair accessible. We have an elevator from the ground floor to all other floors.
The layout of the gallery space changes with each exhibition, so please be aware that navigating through the space may be different at each visit.
We have gender neutral toilet facilities and a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome in TBG+S.

IFI Access Information: 
All our cinemas are wheelchair accessible. If you are a wheelchair user, please let the IFI Box Office know at least 30 minutes in advance of the screening (01 679 5744/boxoffice@irishfilm.ie). This enables us to determine your requirements and assist you fully. We regret that wheelchair users are currently unable to book wheelchair accessible spaces online.
Hearing and Guide dogs are welcome at all times in all of our cinemas, please let the IFI Box Office know so that we can allocate suitable seating for you.
PA/ assistant ticket goes free with tickets for audiences with disabilities with relevant identification/ proof of requirement
