Bealtaine Festival is Ireland’s national festival celebrating the arts and ageing, held every May. In 2027, the flagship festival takes place outside Dublin for the first time in over 30 years. It runs from Thursday 20 to Saturday 22 May 2027 in Ennis, County Clare, with a wider national programme throughout May.
We are looking for individuals or organisations to work with us on the 2027 and 2028 festivals:
- Social media and PR support: creating content for our social media channels, writing press releases and pitching stories to national, regional and local media. Experience in the arts sector is essential. [Download the request for quotation]
- Graphic design: online festival materials, the printed festival programme and design for the festival venues. [Download the request for quotation]
The budget for each is €5,000 a year, including VAT. There is no additional money available. Each request for quotation explains what we need, what to send us and how we will score quotes. This includes an itemised breakdown of costs and a short proposal with your ideas and a work plan.
