A gentle, participatory audio storytelling experience for older adults that creates space to reflect on what continues to give life meaning. Through relaxed drama-based exercises, shared conversation, and attentive listening, participants are invited to explore resilience, independence, humour, care, and the realities of everyday living—without pressure to perform or “be positive.” This experience will also give audiences the opportunity to respond and provide their insight fron their perspectives.
