Event Description:
This exhibition is a showcase of the work of The Táin Stitch Community Group who have been working on pieces that tell the stories of famous Roscommon women through the generations. From the Lady Betty to Maureen O’Hara, the collection’s new focus is on Hannah Greally, a Roscommon writer and memoirist whose work exposed the realities of psychiatric institutions in mid‑20th‑century Ireland.
