Join Donegal-based artist and collector Maura Logue of Dark Daughter Productions for an engaging and entertaining talk exploring vintage Irish fashion. Drawing on over 30 years of collecting, Maura shares stories behind beautifully crafted garments, with a focus on natural fibres, sustainability and Irish-made design.
Through her work in theatre and “Animated Histories,” Maura brings the past to life, weaving together fashion, storytelling and heritage. This relaxed, conversational talk offers a fascinating insight into the fabrics, styles and traditions that have shaped Irish identity – along with a few colourful tales from Maura’s own collection along the way.
