Event Description
If you could only keep one object that has sentimental value to you, what would you keep, and why? This visual arts piece is a culmination of the collection of memories from people in the county which have been infused into a tapestry for the senses. This artwork includes representations of people’s precious objects, recordings of stories, smells which combine to bring all the memories together in one place. No story is ever too small.
On Thursday 26th May and Friday 27th May you are invited to book a place for a group experience of the event with the artist present. Artist Elaine Mears introduce viewers to the artwork, providing the audience with a special insight into the background of the work.
