Inspired by the natural world around us, we slow down and tune into the natural elements as we mindfully doodle. This is a lovely gentle introduction into how creativity can support your mental health and wellbeing. This is not about creating the perfect picture, we can let go of those expectations. This is about allowing your creativity to flow through paying attention to your breath and receiving guidance on a simple doodling exercise.
No art experience is necessary. All you need is something you can make a mark with such as a pencil or pen and a piece of paper. Welcome to half an hour of relaxation and enjoyment.
