Making Meaning in a Lifetime
Celebrates the creative lives of older artists with disabilities, whose work reflects years of experience, curiosity and personal expression. Presented as part of Bealtaine, Ireland’s national festival celebrating arts and ageing, this exhibition highlights the importance of time, support and opportunity in sustaining a rich creative life.
Throughout the month of May, the Micro Gallery will showcase the work of a different Crawford Supported Studio artist each week, offering the space to engage with individual artistic voices and practices. Together, these works speak to making, meaning and creativity across a lifetime — affirming that art is not defined by age or ability, but by expression, commitment and the freedom to be seen.
The Micro Gallery will be visible from the street through the month of May and each week the focus will be on a different artist.
