Ilu Osu (Monthly Drum) with Segun Akano returns to Bealtaine Festival by popular demand, offering participants an immersive introduction to African percussion including djembe, sakara, shekere, and congas. Through hands-on drumming exercises, attendees will explore the rhythmic foundations of African highlife and Afrobeat, learning traditional techniques that have shaped these globally influential genres.
