Event Description:
Join us during the Bealtaine Festival to explore and experiment with botanical drawing. Taking inspiration from the Chester Beatty’s collection, we will use observational techniques and a variety of drawing materials to recreate the plants, including flowers, fruits and seeds. We will also discuss the symbolic meaning and medicinal properties of the plants and what they mean to us.
