Step into a joyful dance experience designed for older adults. This welcoming workshop begins with a gentle warm-up before unfolding into playful guided improvisation and uplifting choreography. You’ll explore rhythm and musicality, build coordination and stamina, and enjoy the creative buzz of dancing together. Expect to learn new steps set to great tunes, and enjoy the pleasure of dancing with others in a relaxed space – no pressure, just dance. All abilities welcome!
