Join us for a joyful Bealtaine Festival celebration showcasing the creativity, talent and community spirit within our nursing home. Residents’ artwork will transform one of our corridors into a vibrant exhibition space, filled with colour, imagination and personal expression, with festive paper-chain decorations adding to the celebratory atmosphere.

The event will feature traditional music performed by local musicians from Scoil Acla, dance performances and demonstrations by the young dancers of O’Connor School of Dance, and appearances by the lively Strawboys/Cleamairí. Residents, families, friends and members of the public will also enjoy social dancing demonstrations and opportunities to join in the fun.

Following the huge success of our previous Bealtaine celebration two years ago, excitement is once again building throughout the nursing home among residents, staff and performers alike. This intergenerational event celebrates ageing creatively through art, music, dance, connection and community.
