Opened in 1832, Glasnevin Cemetery is the largest cemetery in Ireland and is the resting place of many men and women who have Irish shaped history over the last two centuries. The award-winning museum also charts the fascinating history of this hallowed place, telling the stories of grave -robbers, cholera epidemics and world wars through fascinating exhibitions and guided tours.
